Shipping Policy
Herbova ships products to Finland, Sweden and selected European countries. Deliveries are handled by reliable shipping partners such as PostNord, Posti, GLS, UPS, Matkahuolto, Asendia and other available carrier services. For each order, we select a suitable shipping method based on the destination country, parcel size, weight and available carrier options.
Shipping methods and prices
The available shipping methods and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping prices, free shipping thresholds and delivery times vary by destination country and order contents. If there is any difference between this page and the checkout, the information shown at checkout applies.
Seed Shipping with Tracking
Seed Shipping with Tracking is available for eligible seed orders to selected countries. It is intended for lightweight seed shipments. If your order contains larger products or products that cannot be shipped as a seed shipment, Standard Shipping with Tracking may be shown at checkout instead.
Standard Shipping with Tracking
Standard Shipping with Tracking is available for most orders. Delivery is usually made to a pickup point, parcel locker, local service point or address, depending on the destination country and carrier service.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available when the order value exceeds the free shipping threshold for the destination country and shipping method. The applicable threshold is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery time
Orders are usually processed within 0–1 business days after payment has been confirmed. After dispatch, delivery time depends on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are usually:
- Finland: 2–4 business days
- Sweden: 2–5 business days
- Baltic countries and nearby European countries: approximately 4–8 business days
- Other selected European countries: approximately 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination country, seasonal demand and other factors outside Herbova’s control.
Delivery area
We currently deliver to Finland, Sweden and selected European countries. The available delivery countries are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there through the online store.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, missing contact details, failure to collect the parcel, or other information provided incorrectly by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order.
Customs, duties and import charges
For orders shipped within the European Union, no customs duties are usually charged. For countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
