Carrot ‘Nantes 2’ – Sweet and Juicy Summer Carrot

Carrot ‘Nantes 2’ (Daucus carota) is a classic summer carrot variety known for its sweet flavour and even, smooth roots. It produces attractive bright orange carrots that are excellent for fresh use, cooking and juicing.

Sow the seeds directly outdoors from early spring and continue sowing until mid-summer. Thin the seedlings if needed to give the roots enough space to grow. ‘Nantes 2’ carrots keep well in the ground for a long time, so the harvest can be picked as needed throughout the growing season.
