Chervil – French Parsley Seeds

Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium), also known as French parsley, is a refined and aromatic herb with a mild flavour that combines notes of parsley and anise. It adds an elegant touch to sauces, salads, soups and many classic dishes.

Sow the seeds from spring to autumn thinly or in rows directly outdoors. Sowing can be repeated several times during the growing season, and the harvest can also be frozen for later use.

Chervil grows quickly and is an easy-to-grow addition to the kitchen garden.
