Chili ‘Dorset Pink’ – Fruity Pink Pods for Salsa and Sauces

Chili ‘Dorset Pink’ (Capsicum chinense) is a striking chili variety known for its fruity flavour and beautiful pink-red fruits. The smooth chilies grow to about 5–7 cm and bring both colour and pleasant heat to food.

With a heat level of around 50,000–100,000 SHU, Dorset Pink offers a balanced combination of flavour and warmth. This variety is especially well suited for salsa, stir-fries, sauces and preserving.

The compact, sun-loving plants can produce a generous harvest when grown in warm conditions. Dorset Pink is suitable for greenhouses, sunny gardens or large pots on a balcony.
