Chili ‘Papecchia’ – Round Fruits for Stuffing and Grilling

Chili ‘Papecchia’ (Capsicum annuum) is an early and productive chili variety that produces small, round and thick-fleshed fruits. The peppers grow to about 4–5 cm in size and ripen from green to glossy red.

The flesh is juicy and aromatic, with mild to medium heat and a light sweetness. Papecchia is especially well suited for stuffing, frying, grilling and preserving.
