Chinese Cabbage ‘Michihili’ – Crisp Leaves for Salads and Stir-Fries

Chinese Cabbage ‘Michihili’ (Brassica pekinensis) is a traditional and fast-growing variety especially suited for late summer sowing. The fresh leaves are excellent for salads, stir-fries and steamed side dishes.

Sow the seeds outdoors in rows from July to August. Thin the seedlings if needed, but avoid transplanting them, as Chinese cabbage can bolt easily when disturbed.
