Hollyhock ‘Antwerp Stars’ – Tall Cottage Garden Flower

Hollyhock ‘Antwerp Stars’ (Alcea rosea) is a striking and tall traditional garden flower, ideal for flower borders, fence lines and planting along walls or buildings. This colourful seed mix forms a tall wall of flowers and brings a classic cottage garden feel to the garden.

Hollyhock can grow to over two metres tall. Its large flowers open along the tall stems and attract pollinators such as bees and butterflies to the garden. The plant is also suitable for use as a cut flower.

Sow the seeds directly outdoors from May to July. Hollyhock grows best in a sunny location and is especially well suited for planting near walls, fences and buildings.
