Strawberry ‘Grandian F1’ – Large Sweet Berries for Pots and Gardens

Strawberry ‘Grandian F1’ (Fragaria × ananassa) is a large-fruited hybrid strawberry variety that produces attractive, sweet berries. This variety is especially known for its large fruits and good harvest potential.

Sow the seeds indoors in early spring at around 20 °C, for example in a mini greenhouse. Prick out the seedlings once and plant them outdoors in early summer. ‘Grandian F1’ grows best in a sunny location and is suitable for gardens, growing boxes and pots on a balcony.

To help maintain a good harvest, re-sowing with new plants approximately every three years is recommended.
