Verbena – Low-Growing Colourful Flower Mix

Verbena (Verbena hybrida) is a low-growing and abundantly flowering summer flower that produces small flower clusters in many bright colours. It flowers for a long period and is an excellent choice for flower borders, edging, pots and balcony boxes.

Verbena grows best in a sunny and warm location. Thanks to its compact growth habit, it forms dense flowering mounds that bring colour to the garden throughout summer.

Sow the seeds indoors in late winter or early spring in a seed tray at around 20 °C, or in a cold greenhouse in spring. The seedlings can be planted outdoors in early summer once the risk of frost has passed.
